Terms of Service

I, as the artist…

- Have the rights to post your commission online as a sample unless stated otherwise; I will ask you directly for permission to do so.
- Can cancel the commission entirely (a full refund will be permitted), and outright decline any applications.

You, as the client…

- CANNOT train gen-AI on any of my artworks.
- Can request SMALL changes after the product has been completed. Greater edits may be declined or charged.
- CANNOT use any art commissioned from me for profit unless you have approached me under notice that the illustration is for merchandising, to which we will discuss an appropriate fee in private.
- May print the commission out for personal use.
- May post & edit the artwork online as long as there is credit to my name.
- Can cancel the commission & request a refund at any point. However, if I have already passed the colouring stage, 50% will be withheld for my efforts.
